Our products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales and transaction banking.We are currently hiring an Analyst/Associate – Equity Private PlacementsAs an Equity Private Placement Analyst/Associate, you will play a crucial role in the execution of private equity transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers to support the origination, structuring, and execution of private placements for a diverse range of clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of private equity placements, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.
  • Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investors and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate and perform due diligence activities, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documentation, including offering memoranda, term sheets, and investor presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
