- Experience managing a team of Field Service Technicians for installations/repairs for customers – on Epson, HP, and Canon wide format printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
- Ability to manage and schedule/coordinate travel, technical assistance, leadership, and development.
- Training end users on equipment purchased from IT Supplies
- Answering technical questions about the products we sell
- Possessing technical expertise on color management, RIP software and print production workflow
