No problem!To get you started on your journey with us, we begin with a paid eight-week training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and four weeks of mentoring with an experienced phlebotomist. Responsibilities:As a phlebotomist, you will:

  • Prepares collection site, performs set up of equipment, including technology systems
  • Performs accurate medical interviews to determine donor eligibility, performs venipunctures/blood draws, ensures donor safety, and rebooks donors for future appointments
  • Observes and responds to donor questions, concerns, and reactions appropriately
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Willingness to under a background check that includes criminal check, motor vehicle check, education verification, employment verification, and a drug screen
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late days/evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require open availability from 4 am – 10 pm. Schedule provided three weeks in advance.
