With over 300,000 users, Teamo is expanding rapidly. We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer to help us grow our presence in new and existing markets. If you have a passion for people, a love of sports, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Conduct engaging video calls/demos to showcase Teamo’s benefits and capabilities.
Assist clubs with implementation, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
Report and analyse key metrics related to app usage and performance.
Meet and exceed targets for new club registrations throughout the sales cycle.
Proactively identify opportunities to generate interest in Teamo among clubs, organisations, and other stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns targeting prospective customers.
Collaborate with the product development team to propose ideas that attract and engage prospective customers and clubs.
Contribute to the wider success of the Teamo team by assisting with projects and tasks as needed.About You
A confident and articulate communicator, both verbal and written.
Skilled in interpersonal communication, whether via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly organised, with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about sports, especially grassroots and community-level initiatives.What You’ll Get
