Role: Consulting Practice LeadLocation: Remote within the UKPackage: £65,125 – £75,000 plus 20% bonus.

We are seeking a Consulting Practice Lead to join our team at Konica Minolta!We are seeking an experienced Consulting Practice Lead to join our dynamic team, delivering strategic guidance, ensuring
seamless engagement processes, and driving value across our business. This is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance consulting capabilities in a pivotal leadership role while driving team development and delivering high-impact outcomes.The team comprises of the Project Management function (delivery of internal and external projects), the Change and Information security function (ensuring the change managed and delivered by the company is done in a structured, compliant and risk-controlled way) and this Consulting function (supporting the business with technical expertise for the delivery of all change and assurance that our internal systems are maintained, developed and supported effectively).You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of analysts, technical systems specialists and developersThe main responsibilities of the role are defining the services that this team offers to the rest of the organization, their engagement processes and its value streams. The role is centred around UK resources and capabilities but being part of a large organisation means that many systems have central governance – making relationship building and stakeholder management across Europe and beyond critical for the success of the role. Part of the role is also helping to manage a large IT budget so commercial acumen and budget management are essential.This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen, with a focus on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and pragmatic problem-solving.
