This facility offers after-hours care for canine and feline patients, providing a crucial link between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care. The clinic specializes in urgent care without the additional costs typically associated with emergency clinic fees, and focuses exclusively on urgent care cases.The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a comprehensive IDEXX in-house lab system, all within a paperless environment.Why This Position is Unique:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relationship-based care to patients and clients, ensuring excellent communication and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team and leadership to optimize clinic operations.
- Foster relationships within the practice and the Dallas community.
- Contribute to the growth and development of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program .
- Manage a dynamic caseload, which includes surgeries and appointments during clinic hours.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active veterinary license in good standing to practice in Texas, or the ability to obtain licensure in Texas.
