Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, relationship-driven care to both pets and their owners.
- Engage with the clinical team and leadership to improve practice processes and patient outcomes.
- Build strong, lasting relationships within the community and with clients.
- Promote the professional development of support staff through the LevelUp training program.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during the hospital’s open hours.
Qualifications & Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain one) to practice in Tennessee.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
