Job DescriptionVox Consultants are hiring for an Occupational Therapist within a London Borough Council.
Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.You will be:

• To carry out Care Act Assessments for those discharged from hospitals.
• Work with other professionals to ensure the best outcome for Service Users.
• Completing CHC Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and Functional Assessments.

Essentials:

• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Registered to HCPC.
• Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
• Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
• Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
