Job DescriptionPertemps are recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller to join a leading equipment hire business in Southampton. This role is paramount to ensuring efficient operations and ongoing excellent customer service. This is a full time, permanent position.Hire Desk Controller Responsibilities:
Overseeing a small team of coordinators
Able to plan deliveries and provide best transport solution
Providing excellent customer service
Meeting SLAs
Develop a strong sense of customer ownership
Building key relationships with customers
Advising and providing recommendation and solutions to customersHire Desk Controller Requirements:
Excellent customer service experience
Previous experience within a rental or transport planning industry is advantageous
Experience in a senior position
Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influencing
Ability to engage and build relationshipsHire Desk Controller Package:
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm
Offering a salary of £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
