We are looking for a Business Development chad to drive Bungees adoption, building high impact partnerships both on supply and demand side.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe objective of this role is to drive growth for our first party liquidity marketplace- Bungee Protocol, In this role you will:Lead Partnership Development
- Be at the forefront of our GTM strategy to bootstrap the marketplace
- You’ll everything end to end: identifying, cultivating, and formalizing partnerships that scale our reach and impact.
- Be the primary representative for Bungee with potential partners and navigate discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
Maintain and Deepen Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and alignment
- Gather feedback & insights to shape Bungee protocols roadmap.
Iterate & Scale
- Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success

- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Crypto native, been in the space for min 2 years recently
- Prior experience working in B2B
- Prior experience with API or product-focused sales
- A DeFi background is strongly preferred
