Compensation: $17 per hourNow Hiring in the Brookpark / Berea area. We are looking for a associates with a customer service background and knowledge of working in a warehouse setting.Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (4 days on, 3 days off)
Starting Pay: $17 per hour
Location: Berea, OHWe’re Looking for Someone Who:Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Brings at least 1 year of customer service experience
Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excels in communication, both verbally and in writing
Has experience with order processing, invoicing, and inventory management
Can effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issuesAt least 6 months of warehouse experience
Is capable of lifting up to 65 lbsWhat You’ll Do:Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person
Process orders and manage inventory
Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude
