Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and their families.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to provide high-quality medical and surgical services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the practice and the surrounding Naples community.
  • Support and mentor practice staff through the internal LevelUp training program.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments, while adhering to timeframes and delivering exceptional care.

Required Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program.
  • Active state veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida).
  • Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing the best patient care.
