Job Description:The Estimating Group Manager – Methodologies and Feedback is responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of estimating methodologies and tools within the Department. This role ensures the accuracy and reliability of the data bank in connection with the Group Digitalization tools and methods, the adequacy of the cost estimate methodologies, the accuracy requirements and proposals strategies, oversees the on-boarding of new team members, and develops training programs and courses for internal teams. The manager will also ensure compliance with QHSES and company standards.Key Responsibilities:– Provide leadership and expertise in the domain of estimating methodologies and feedback.
– Develop and implement estimate methodologies and tools relevant to the business segment and Group orientation and Technologies
– Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data bank, including alignment with Group Estimating Digital Ambition– Provide guidance to estimating teams on Proposals when needed
– Oversee the on-boarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.
– Develop and conduct training programs and courses for internal teams to enhance their estimating skills and knowledge.
– Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES) and company standards– Support Group Estimating Direction within the TEN Operation and Transformation Direction initiativesReporting Line:– Head of Estimating (Paris Operating Center)Key Interactions:– Internally: Business Development & Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Tax, Legal, Project Management Team, Group Estimating.
