The Role of a 360 Consultant:
- Finding new Clients through the use of business development calls to advertise and promote the Veterans Job Board.uk brand.
- Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts on Veterans Job Board.uk, headhunting via various channels and building your personal brand to attract a key audience.
- Match your candidate’s skillset to our client’s needs, conduct phone call screening, and organise meetings with third parties.
- Building rapport and developing relationships for repeat business.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 12 months sales and/or recruitment experience
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for supporting candidates into employment
Expected salary
£25000 – 38000 per year
