  • Provide a consistently high level of service and hospitality to all Members and Guests at all times and in all areas of the Leisure and Spa Operation
  • Welcome and acknowledge each guest and member with a smile, eye contact and a friendly welcome, using their name when possible
  • Use the Leisure & Spa IT systems effectively and ensure all data is entered correctly and updated accordingly.
  • Take leisure & spa reservations and ensure that all bookings are correctly inputted into booking system, and that revenue is processed correctly
  • Support the successful running of spa days; including being the host to organisers where required
  • Work with the membership team to promote and achieve sales goals for membership sign up
  • Ensure all sales merchandise is well presented and monthly stock takes are completed
  • To assist in service-related duties (not limited to merchandising, stock control)

  • A pool lifeguard and or first aid qualification are desirable, although we support your training to obtain these qualifications
  • An interest in the fitness industry
