We are on a mission to optimize the online shopping experience for our customers and are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to take our website performance to the next level.This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about user experience and A/B testing. As the CRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing website conversion rates, increasing average order value (AOV), and optimizing post-purchase upsells. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute the CRO strategy while providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused eCommerce environment and love optimizing digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)CRO Program Execution & Testing

  • Implement A/B tests and site optimizations based on the existing CRO roadmap.
  • Track and analyze key metrics like conversion rate (CVR), AOV, and revenue per visitor (RPV) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Document test hypotheses, execution, and results to inform future optimizations.

User Behavior Analysis & Competitor Research

  • Use tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics platforms to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey.
  • Conduct competitor research to uncover CRO strategies that can improve our performance.

Landing Page & Offer Optimization

  • Assist in building, launching, and refining new advertorials and landing pages to improve traffic efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure pages are optimized for speed, usability, and performance across all devices.

Data Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain and update CRO tracking dashboards, summarizing test results, key insights, and actionable next steps.
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership on test performance and ongoing optimizations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Growth Project Manager, developers, designers, and marketing team to ensure CRO best practices are implemented across all webpages.
  • Coordinate changes and updates seamlessly to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC).
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and website analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO, or similar CRO tools.
  • Familiarity with advertorials, landing pages, and offer page optimization.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tests simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement website changes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to drive meaningful improvements in website performance.
