If you’re seeking stability, career progression, and a supportive team environment, this is the role for you!📋 Role Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 07:30 – enjoy early finishes and weekends off!
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods to clients such as restaurants, cafés, and pubs with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Operate a tail lift and handle stock, including heavy loads like alcohol crates – physical fitness is essential.
- Navigate multi-drop routes across Edinburgh.
- Conduct vehicle checks, maintain accurate paperwork, and ensure top-notch service.
- Bonus: Drive a 7.5T truck but earn Class 2 rates!
🚀 Pathway to a Permanent Role:Following a successful 12-week probation, this role offers a permanent contract with growth opportunities in a reputable company.🔑 Requirements:
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Category C license (held for at least 1 year).
- Current CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Experience:
- Prior commercial driving experience and confidence with heavier loads.
- Driving Record:
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD, or IN endorsements).
💷 Competitive Pay Rates (PAYE with Holiday Accrual):
- £13.00 per hour (basic).
- £17.33 per hour (overtime).
- £14.77 per hour (after temp-to-perm transition).
