The Growth Company (GC) is seeking a Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team, sourcing candidates from GC’s Employment Programmes for roles secured by our sales team. As an award-winning social enterprise, GC is committed to fostering growth, creating jobs, and improving lives by working with customers and stakeholders to ensure inclusive and sustainable economic prosperity for all.This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, of which 4 days will be in the Greater Manchester offices (Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Eccles, Walkden, and Wythenshawe). The role does not require you to drive; however, you must be able to commute to all of the offices and be on-site to work either 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or 9 am – 5 pm.Key Requirements

  • Circulate vacancy advertisements across existing programmes, job boards, and e-shots to maximise the number of customers sourced for available vacancies.
  • Screen CVs and pre-screen candidates to assess suitability for available roles.
  • Update and maintain records on trackers.
  • Produce management information for activities undertaken and highlight progress.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, as well as the general public, in a professional and informal manner via phone or email.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximise customer progressions.
  • Participate in digital and face-to-face events.
  • Market, network, and promote services to partner organisations and customers as required.

Experience

  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation, Data Protection Act and GDPR.
  • You must have previous experience working within Recruitment in either an agency or internal setting.
  • Previous experience in Administration and Customer Services is essential.
  • Working with various Systems (In House and Databases).

About You

  • Highly motivated and confident.
  • Great communicational skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word Etc).
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • The ability to meet and exceed Targets and KPI’s.
