Join us to make your mark in the automotive industry.Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for Cox Automotive Europe. You will collaborate with leaders, hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies / driving recruitment campaigns
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals and careers fairs to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Cox Automotive as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the talent acquisition function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leading / Supporting recruitment projects

The individual:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition business partner, ideally with a focus on hiring across a diverse sector including operational roles, blue collar skilled and other corporate functions across a matrix organisation.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
