Pay: $19.35 + DOE
Hours: 5:30 AM to 4 PM MON – FRI

Apply now before this position is filled!As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, promote a safe work environment, and embrace the Target Zero philosophy.
- Production Schedules: Read, understand, and follow production schedules to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing.
- Equipment Operation: Adjust and set equipment parameters to meet production requirements.
- Material Handling: Gather materials based on production schedules for continuous and efficient door crafting.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure specifications are met.
- Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication to support product flow.
- Record Keeping: Maintain downtime records and production information.
- Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Regular attendance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with computers for reading order specifications, updating databases, and retrieving/updating data.
- Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure and calipers.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, driving forklifts, and using push carts safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs regularly, and 10 lbs frequently; also able to sit, kneel, and stoop.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic, including adding and subtracting fractions and converting fractions to decimals.
- Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from written and verbal sources.
- Basic writing skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
