Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and fast-growing company in the Littlehampton/Arundel area for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team.The Role:As a Transport Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the transport department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries.
- Ensuring driver compliance by maintaining accurate records of licences, CPCs, and tachographs.
- Communicating with drivers and customers to resolve queries and ensure efficient operations.
- Processing invoices, timesheets, and transport-related documentation.
- Updating and maintaining transport management systems with accuracy.
- Providing general administrative support to the transport team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment is essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of transport compliance and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

- Salary: £26,000 per annum.
