Our client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to handle enquiries.The company is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider. - Handling inbound course enquiries
- Communicating via phone, email, text & WhatsApp
- Checking eligibility for public funding
- Promoting the company’s products & services
- Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
- Recording data onto the company IT system
- Candidate Specification
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
- Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Experience working towards telesales KPIs
- Good levels of English and Maths.
- Good knowledge of IT
Salary
- On Target Earning: £28,000
- Basic salary: £21,000 + monthly commission (uncapped)
