By harnessing our growing network, real-time data, and AI, we aim to help supply chains deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs a Telematics Integration Project Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our network of over 500+ telematics connectors, a number that continues to grow. You will specialize in GPS tracking solutions (also known as ELD in the trucking world), ensuring seamless data collection from telematics providers.This is an end-to-end ownership role, requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with developers, customers, telematics vendors, product teams, and support teams to build, monitor, and continuously improve our integrations. Your mission: ensure flawless connectivity, maximize automation, and deliver exceptional reliability to our customers.What you’ll doOwn & develop our telematics network:Take full ownership of the development, maintenance, and optimization of our telematics connectorsExpand and strengthen partnerships with telematics providers to grow our networkAct as the primary technical contact for integrations, ensuring smooth communication between vendors, customers, and internal teamsDesign & optimize integrationsDesign scalable and high-performance integration solutions, working closely with developers to implement themContinuously enhance integration processes to improve quality, speed, and automationProactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using KPIs and dashboardsSupport & enable teamsDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external stakeholdersProvide expert guidance and support to product, support, and operations teamsAct as the go-to technical authority on telematics integration, solving challenges and proposing innovative solutionsQualificationsWhat we’re looking forMust-havesMinimum 2 years of experience in a technical integration, telematics, or IT/data connectivity roleExperience in telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management solutions.Strong technical skills:Experience working directly with developers and troubleshooting technical issuesHands-on experience with APIs, Postman, SQL and data integration tools.Understanding of ETL processes and system-to-system communication.Experience in customer facing : SDR, Account Executive, CSM or Account ManagerAutonomous and proactive: you take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.Fluent in English and French (additional European languages like Italian or Dutch are a plus)Nice-to-havesBackground in software development or scripting (even if not a developer role)Prior experience working in a high-growth SaaS or logistics/transportation environmentAdditional InformationInterview processStep: Recruiter Screen with our TA, Milena – 45′Step: Hiring Manager screening Vincent – 45′Step: Live use-case with Cesar or Idriss – 60′Step: Team meeting – 30′ & meeting with our Head of Ops, Thibaut – 30′Application Requirements:Since Shippeo operates internationally, please submit your CV in English.
