We’re hiring for an Account Senior Sales Executive at The New World Trading Company!We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Senior Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting venue targets, managing third-party admin tasks, and guiding Account Sales Executive to success. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving pre-booked sales, and leading a team, we want to hear from you!This role is office based, Working from Warrington with occasional on-site visits to support events and venue teams.What will you do?As an Account Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting the sales function through third-party management, sales strategy, and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribution to Target Achievement: Maximising third-party enquiry-to-booking conversion rates by timely manner response, managing follow-ups, sending proposals, and supporting company sales.
- Company Representation: Acting as the first point of contact for all third- party sales and event enquiries via telephone, email, and website, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Reactive & Proactive Strategy: Developing and maintaining a database of consumers and corporate clients while building strong relationships with third-party platforms and agents to enhance company exposure.
- Systems Management: Overseeing Collins and third-party booking platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and a smooth guest journey. Managing system setups, pre-order links, and third-party accounts including invoicing and keeping track on payments
- Team Management: Supporting and guiding Account Sales Executive, setting clear expectations, and ensuring a structured approach to pre-booked sales.
- Communication & Strategy: Leading sales meetings, providing a clear two-week overview of bookings, and ensuring venues are well-prepared for upcoming events.
