Employment Service ManagerPermanent, 37.5 hours per week£35,348 – £37,090 (inclusive of Location allowance) per annumSurreyDo you have an in‐depth understanding of mental health issues and experience of working in a health setting? If you want to make a real difference to the community, then welcome to Waythrough as an IPSPC Employment Service Manager.Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to help manage the day‐to‐day running of a team of Employment Specialists across Surrey and N.E Hants. As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who have all manner of health conditions who use our services, we’ll rely on you to manage the IPS service delivery, line manage front line staff and work with our established clinical partners. Whether you’re carrying out an induction and training package, putting team development plans in place, integrating your staff across the community, one thing’s for sure – you won’t be short of challenge and variety. Substantial experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs is a given, as well as being outcome driven and able to lead by example using your firm but inclusive management style. You have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and other organisations and you develop and support your team to become a high performing IPS employment service.You’re open and encouraging too and have lots of tact and diplomacy, and willing to be progressive and make a difference. What’s more, you will need to be great at managing conflicting priorities on time, have a flexible attitude to working hours.
