We are HIRING for a Project Manager at our Toronto office.As a Project Manager, you will be part of a team of specialists who provide effective and efficient trust services solutions to our client businesses. Among other things, you will be helping Communication Services in the department in the performance of their mandates.A role you will loveThis position will project team responsible for supporting and driving projects within Canada/US, which includes: coordinating projects & project teams (internal and external), as well as liaise with all stakeholders while maintaining a strategic business focus. The role provides exposure to projects that may be short- or medium-term, across complex processes and system environments. A keen eye for details, strong time-management, problem solving, communication and prioritization skills are integral for this position. In particular, the Project Manager will:
- Understand the end user and the NEEDS between business, technology and operation, both globally and within NA
- Proactively maintain communication with other departments, look for process improvements, communicate ongoing progress on active and future projects
- Provide support by using existing business solutions in new development of applicable project to achieve business objectives, carry experiences into new products and projects
- Manage multiple projects with proper business documents to ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with Quality Control policies
- Focus on overall strategy of CCS and align with product improvement
- Pro-actively anticipate risks and issues, prepare plan in advance to mitigate the risk and ensure that the project is not compromised

- This role requires proven knowledge of all aspects of project management processes including estimating, initiation, planning, execution, monitor, control and closing; also utilizing project management principles, methods and techniques
- Preferable: Financial Industry background
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience
- Preferable: Financial Industry and/or Computershare background with product knowledge
- Ongoing internal contact with senior management, Legal/Compliance department, IT, client services, billing and application development staff regarding information gathering, assisting with process consultation and recommendation, project plan development, testing and execution
