- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a range of roles.
- Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in our candidate database
- Ensure compliance standards are followed at all times
- Effectively manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Generate new business leads
- Support branch new business activities
- Support branch oncall duties
