You’ll be responsible for streamlining administrative tasks, updating CRM records, and providing key insights to help drive sales performance.What you’ll be doing:
- Managing PGI’s sales inbox and handling inbound sales-related inquiries.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate client and sales information.
- Producing detailed weekly reports to track sales performance.
- Assisting sales staff in providing clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Supporting managers responsible for business development with administrative tasks.
- Assisting with the ongoing management of sales and business development documentation.
- Providing the marketing team with sales data and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Identifying upsell opportunities for new projects and sharing insights with the team.
- Assisting with partner and client management, including reporting and follow-ups.
- Offering temporary cover for sales colleagues during leave or absence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and external clients.
- A proactive and fast-learning mindset with a strong desire to develop your skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Keen interest in progressing a career in sales and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
