As we expand our customer base and develop our range of services, we need a responsive and agile support team to manage diverse customer requirements and ensure excellence in every interaction.Your Role:As a key member of our team, you will oversee a growing portfolio of Vehicle Solutions customer accounts, ensuring they are managed effectively and in line with agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities will include:Process Management

• Accurately inputting vehicle documents within agreed time scales.
• Efficiently filing vehicle documents.
• Processing daily post and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Booking units at multiple Vehicle Solutions locations.
• Using various external customer databases and systems.
• Coordinating with multiple Vehicle Solutions sites and auction sites for smooth unit transitions.

Customer Service

• Handling general customer enquiries efficiently via face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
• Being the primary point of contact for our customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our vendors.
• Ensuring high standards in administration processes for a portfolio of customers, meeting SLAs.
• Enhancing the customer experience through effective communication with key customers, both internal and external.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working within rigid regulations and procedures.
• Proven customer-facing role experience with the ability to resolve queries and complaints satisfactorily.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Initiative and flexibility to react quickly and effectively to change.
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of sales.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
