Your Role’s mission:Pelico is looking for a Sales-Oriented Intern to play a crucial role in expanding our Partner ecosystem and further streamline our internal operation. This is a unique opportunity to develop partnership sales management, growth hacking and internal operations expertise.Working within the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving partner engagement, pitching Pelico, and optimizing operational processes to accelerate our expansion.This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, eager to engage directly with partners and customers, and excited to contribute to a high-growth SaaS company at the intersection of supply chain operations and AI-driven solutions.Main Responsibilities :🚀 Sales & Growth Hacking
- Generate and qualify leads by researching potential partners and customers.
- Organize and lead first meetings with partners and prospects, confidently introducing Pelico’s value proposition.
- Pitch Pelico’s platform to key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive engagement.
- Support outbound sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to key targets in strategic industries.
🤝 Partner & Customer Engagement
- Map key stakeholders within partner organizations to align on strategic initiatives.
- Ensure active partner involvement by maintaining regular follow-ups and engagement strategies.
- Facilitate partner enablement, helping them understand and promote Pelico effectively.
📊 Process & Automation
- Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance and sales progress.
- Automate outreach and follow-up processes to increase efficiency.
- Refine operational workflows to streamline engagement with partners and customers.
📚 Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of Pelico’s product and how it applies to different industries.
- Stay informed on industry trends to align our sales and partnership strategy accordingly.
Assist in partner training programs to enable seamless onboarding and engagement.Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, supply chain operations, or sales/partnerships roles.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or consulting is a plus.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: You are eager to own outreach, pitch a product, and drive commercial success.
- Growth Mentality: You think outside the box to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate Pelico’s value proposition to different stakeholders.
- Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech & Data Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and data analysis is a plus.
