So, by providing a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to the hotel, accurate and up to date, you’ll help ensure we’re in a good place to continue providing a great destination where employees feel valued and that guests return to time after time.
What you’ll do
As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, you’ll work with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Additionally, you’ll focus on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
Your Day to Day will look like

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.

Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process

Administering and Educating Employee Benefits
-
Maintaining Employee Relations
-
Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
-
Manages Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.
What we’re looking for
-
A positive outlook and team-first attitude
-
Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
-
Previous experience within HR at Management level in a similar sized hotel and CIPD qualified (or in the process of)

Ability to communicate confidently and influence at all levels
-
Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
-
Intermediate HRIS, Payroll and Systems Management
-
High level of written correspondence and attention to details
-
Ability to provide high quality support at all times in a calm manner
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
-
Confidence preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders (i.e. Senior Management, Clients, Universities)
