As Founding Sales Lead – Germany, your mission is to drive Tomorro’s expansion in the German market, growing our ARR from β¬50k to several million per year. You will be responsible for closing new customers, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing Tomorro as a key player in the German ecosystem.Your responsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish Tomorro in Germany.Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on Mid-Market accounts.Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline in collaboration with SDRs, Marketing, and Growth teams.Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.).Team Leadership & OrganizationRecruit, train, and lead a high-performing German sales team (2 AEs & 2 SDRs).Define and implement a scalable sales playbook for the German market.Set up KPIs and performance tracking to continuously improve sales efficiency.Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentIdentify and sign strategic partnerships with local players.Represent Tomorro in industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness in Germany.Preferred experienceAbout youEven though we know the perfect candidate doesn’t exist, here’s what they would look like:5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.Proven track record in closing mid-market deals (20kβ¬ ARR) and managing sales cycles around 2-3 months.Strong knowledge of the DACH market and its business culture.Experience in hiring, coaching, and managing sales teams.Ability to develop a go-to-market strategy and build a scalable sales process.Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell to C-level executives.Fluent in German & English (French is a plus).How we workAmbition: We are looking for highly ambitious individuals who want to fight to make a difference.
