Grosvenor Hall is a stunning residential activity centre conveniently located in Ashford, Kent. This buzzing centre provides thrilling residential adventure camps for children – helping them to achieve the ‘impossible’ and providing extraordinary experiences in the great outdoors.Play your part in Grosvenor Hall’s exciting journey. This is your chance to be part of Grosvenor Hall’s exciting transformation.Being a Guest Services CoordinatorWorking with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it’s never, ever boring.Support the smooth and efficient operation of our Guest Services Department by handling all essential administration tasks with precision and care. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with the Guest Services Manager to maximise re-booking potential. From managing enquiries to resolving concerns, you’ll ensure every guest interaction is handled professionally, effectively, and with a warm, welcoming touch – helping to create unforgettable stays and encouraging guests to return time and time again!Is this you?We looking for people who are:
