We are Boden.OverviewThe Ecommerce Trading Assistant reports to the Trading Manager and is responsible for delivering the Online Trading Plan, Analysing Performance and identifying opportunities to deliver performance/growth. Working in tools to visually merchandise and optimise product placement to drive online performance across channels.Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office.What You Will DoWeekly/Monthly and Quarterly Category Performance Analysis.Deliver the department Merchandising and Optimisation PlanCustomer Journey Execution and Optimisation across all events onsite collaborating with Content, UX and the marketing channels.Execute product discoverability across categorization, navigation, filters, and search in collaboration with the Digital Ops Team.Supports and inputs into the seasonal trading plan responding to current trading conditions and capitalising on opportunities.What We Are Looking ForAnalytical with good problem-solving skills.Experience of delivering results in a busy, fast-paced environment.Commercial Acumen.Experience working in an Ecommerce environment and using Web platforms.Has Intermediate skills using Excel and Powerpoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent people skills and can influence across teams with a positive attitude.Flexible in approach and strong on teamwork.What We OfferCompetitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.Generous Boden clothing allowance!30% discount on all current clothing ranges.25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.Virtual GP Service for you and your household!Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
