OVERALL CONTEXTYou will join the UK Product Operations team which supports Internal Retail Boutiques, External Boutiques and Commercial partners across the UK and Ireland.You will be responsible for efficiently reviewing orders and deliveries to offer the highest service towards all our points of sales. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables in a client-centric luxury environment.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Review and manage customer enquiries and orders to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time
- Partner with the performance analyst to ensure company finance, inventory and ordering is met
- Follow up delivery flows from product request to final delivery to ensure deadlines are met including external vendors
- Manage cross-border and cross-networks transfers when necessary
- Allocate daily stock between networks according to Markets recommendations
Support Boutiques and POS Operations
- Follow up product reservations
- Claims consolidation and submission
- Perform regular stock returns according to markets recommendations
- Involvement in special projects to optimise supply chain flows
- Regularly visit local Boutiques and build relationships with external partners within the scope of responsibilities
Monitoring
- Ensure smooth operations, clean stock and orders throughout the supply chain
- Analyze complex situations and determine best solutions for troubleshooting
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency in our current processes
Product Operations support
- Constantly strive to optimise existing flows and processes
- Champion the team across the business / Be an ambassador for your team
- Cross functional support – be able to support other team members
HOW YOU WILL EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US:
- GCSE Math and English is a must
- Strong interest in IT systems and computer skills on Excel
- Collaborative mindset & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to trouble shoot, work autonomously, eager to learn and take initiatives
- Committed, reliable, with excellent attention to detail
- Resilience and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Project management experience is an advantage
