As part of the wider Places for People Group, we offer professional property management and create the best experience for our customers.More about your roleWe are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a fixed term contract until August 2025.Based out of our Touchstone Office in Bath, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to residents. On a daily basis you will complete references, right to work rent checks and any other activities which may come in. After an initial period of training, we are able to offer hybrid working options.In addition, you will arrange customer moves (ins and outs) and arrange inspections of properties.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youThe successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a Customer Service/ similar role,
- Good communication skills,
- Worked with MS packages such as MS Word and Excel.
