L’équipe Airbus vous formera et vous accompagnera dans votre évolution tout au long de votre période d’alternance.Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Assistant Chef de Projet Digital & Airbus Flight Academy (Flight Operations & Training) (All Gender) » vient de s’ouvrir au sein d’Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac Wings-Campus.Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Program Management, contribuerez à la gestion des projets Digital et Airbus Flight Academy et serez rattaché au responsable du programme de formation au vol. Vous participerez à la livraison des projets dans le respect des engagements (dans les délais, dans les coûts, dans la qualité) de manière efficace et intégrée.Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre/octobre 2025 et durera 3 ans.Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d’être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.Tâches et responsabilités :Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :Suivi de projet : consolidation des plannings et estimations des contributeurs, suivi des indicateurs de pilotage (avancement, jalons, charge de travail).Support au chef de projet : préparation des éléments d’aide à la décision, accompagnement sur la méthode qualité et amélioration des outils de pilotage.Communication et gouvernance : préparation des réunions, élaboration des supports, rédaction des comptes-rendus.Amélioration continue : proposition d’initiatives pour optimiser l’efficacité des méthodes de travail, processus et gouvernance.Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou d’informatique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (planification, suivi budgétaire).Capacité à conceptualiser et produire des documents.Connaissance en aviation (PPL ou BIA apprécié).Soft Skills :Esprit de synthèse et rigueur dans l’approche du travail.Autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe.Sens du service client et approche dynamique.Compétences linguistiques :Anglais : B2 minimum selon la mission.Français : courant.Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.Notre processus de sélectionL’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. An apprenticeship position titled “Apprentice Project Manager Assistant – Digital & Airbus Flight Academy (Flight Operations & Training) (All Gender)” has just opened within Airbus SAS at the Blagnac Wings-Campus site.You will join the Program Management team, contributing to the management of Digital and Airbus Flight Academy projects, reporting to the Flight Training Program Manager. You will play an active role in delivering projects efficiently and in compliance with commitments regarding time, cost, and quality.This apprenticeship will begin in September/October 2025 and will last 3 years.This position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance from recognized authorities.Tasks and responsibilities:
Under the guidance of your mentor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:Project tracking: Consolidating schedules and contributor estimates, monitoring project management indicators (progress, milestones, workload).Project support: Preparing decision-making materials, supporting quality methodology for all contributors, and improving project management tools.Communication and governance: Preparing project governance meetings, creating meeting materials, and drafting minutes.Continuous improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance the efficiency of work methods, processes, and governance.Skills & Requirements:
You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or IT for a 3-year apprenticeship.You have the following knowledge and skills:Familiarity with project management tools (planning, budget tracking).Ability to conceptualize and produce documents.Knowledge of aviation (PPL or BIA is a plus).Soft Skills:Strong analytical and organizational skills.Autonomy and ability to work in a team.Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.Language skills:English: B2 minimum (depending on the mission).French: Fluent.Depending on the assignment, you may be required to travel.Selection Process
