As a senior Consultant, you will be recognised as a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making and expected to lead complex assurance projects. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise and take a hands-on leadership role in implementing and managing information security projects.In our team you will learn how to:You will adapt quickly to new circumstances. This requires multiple
different assurance goals – including legislation, regulation, standards and
frameworksYou will use your knowledge to identify real-world security risks and help
stakeholders understand the best options they have availableYou will have a hands-on and consultative approach to assuranceYou will look to gain experience in operational assurance in a business contextYou will have been a subject matter expert in security management with a
broad understanding of other cyber security domains – including
architecture, engineering and operationsYou will have service delivery and project management experience and itis desirable that you will have experience with Agile delivery methods and DevOps modelsAs an Information Assurance Manager, you will:Identify and analyse cyber security risks by adopting various methodologies and providing advice to risk ownersConduct assurance reviews against multiple standards-based compliance requirementsUndertake Privacy Impact AssessmentsManage assurance lifecycle processes within operational environmentsProduce assurance evidence and reports for stakeholdersProduction and implementation of cyber security policiesEvaluate security incidents and develop trend analysisProvide guidance on meeting security related statutory and regulatory requirementsDevelopment and delivery of security awareness campaignsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:Familiarity with major Cloud technologies working experience of a least one major PaaS provider – such as Azure or AWSA natural collaborator with a genuine desire to help your team achieve a common goalKnowledgeable when it comes to industry standards and good practice for information security risk working experience of ISO standardsAn understanding of designing security management systemsExperience with threat and vulnerability management systemsAssessment of security control designs and configurations for effectiveness in risk mitigationSet yourself apart:Develop trusted relationships with security stakeholdersDrafting, implementation and maintenance of security processesManage the delivery of security assurance services for projectsAnalyse security industry trends and risks associated with new technologiesDon’t worry if you don’t tick every box – we’d still love to hear from you!
