Express is hiring Payroll Representatives for a business in the Scottdale area.

We are currently seeking candidates for both a temporary and a long-term position. Start dates are ASAP.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Responsibilities for the Payroll Representative:

• Processing payroll for multiple employees accurately and on time
• Managing and maintaining payroll records, including timekeeping data and employee information
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies
• Preparing payroll reports for management
• Producing Certified Payroll reports from payroll system software and submitting them to the necessary contractors weekly
• Input wage garnishments as received and process payments to institutions handling the garnishment monthly.
• Assisting with tax filings and year-end processes

Requirements for the Payroll Representative:

• Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication skills

Additional Information:

• Candidates will be trained on the company’s ERP system, which is used for payroll processing and other related tasks.
• This is a fast-paced job that requires someone with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
