Job Description
VR, Young People & Families & Other areas of Catch22.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our services across Catch22 through innovative collection and analysis of data. You’ll work closely with our internal experts in the Evidence and Insight team to develop the reporting tools used to monitor service performance, and use frontline intelligence and real-world insight to help forecasting and predictive data modelling, which will subsequently be used by Catch22 such as our Prison Violence Reduction Service to predict future behaviours and service demands. This will also include work across our Young People, Families, Communities Hub and other areas of the business.
Outside of the London Violence Reduction Service, you’ll also play a key role in supporting the developing of Evidence & Insight capability across the UK, using your expertise and experience to influence changes to how we utilise the wealth of data available across the organisation and services delivered.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following skills, experience and knowledge:
Essential:
- Level 2 in English and Maths
- Knowledge of analytical processes, using well established methodologies, and quality assurance to ensure accurate results.
- Experience in a data analysis role.
- Good communication and engagement skills, able to build good professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Desirable:
- A recognised higher qualification in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of VBA, SQL & Dax

Contract: Permanent
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 38 hours per week.
Salary: £26,097 FTE £20,877.60 pro rata.
Location: You will need to be available at our Head Office and other servicelocations as and when needed.
Screening: Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check, HMPPS vetting check, and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The post-holder must have right to work in the UK. Catch22 does not currently provide a licence to sponsor visas but please see this register to see those that do.
