Your contributions will play a vital role in achieving our company’s goals and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations! Responsibilities:Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: Oversee daily activities for our maintenance crew, ensuring quick responses to production breakdowns, efficient project completion, and consistent adherence to safety and productivity guidelines. (30%)
• Stay on Schedule: Coordinate maintenance for production machinery, equipment, and inventory to keep downtime low and production schedules on track. (20%)
• Innovate and Optimize: Design in-house projects that enhance productivity and reduce downtime, taking our operations to the next level. (20%)
• Mind the Budget: Keep maintenance costs in check, helping us achieve budget targets and optimize resources. (15%)
• Communicate Standards: Ensure everyone is aligned with GSF and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety and quality. (15%)

Qualifications:What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: A background in engineering or electronics, ideally with up to 18 months of post-high school training from a vocational or technical school.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge & Skills:

• Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing projects.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and USDA regulations.
• Familiarity with PC applications for project tracking and reporting.
