The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 – First paycheck following completion of pre-service training, $500 – 3 months of employment, $800 – 6 months of employment. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills.
