It is an exciting time to join us on our journey as we grow and expand!Our mission: To deliver technology like no other!About the roleDue to our recent acquisition of CloudCoCo, we are expanding our services into Leeds and are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer with a technical background and previous experience in providing technical support to join our new office. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating a wide range of technical issues.The successful candidate should be a driven individual who enjoys problem-solving and taking control of situations to drive home technical solutions whilst putting our customers’ needs first.Some of the technologies the candidate would be expected to work with include; Windows Desktop/Server, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and RDS environments. Starting salary £23,400 to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)Benefits
