- Work closely with clients to ensure that they get the best out of their software (via phone, email, live chat).
- You will receive and manage tickets, resolving and raising them accordingly.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to enhance the customer onboarding and support experience.
- Share feedback with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer feedback is taken onboard to improve products.

- 2:1 degree from any academic background
