• Work closely with clients to ensure that they get the best out of their software (via phone, email, live chat).
• You will receive and manage tickets, resolving and raising them accordingly.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to enhance the customer onboarding and support experience.
• Share feedback with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer feedback is taken onboard to improve products.
