They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Patient Care Specialist to help them to provide exceptional care to all the residents in their location.Offer:

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily living activities, such as self-care and hygiene, leisure activities, and social skills
- Delivering medication and providing physical assistance when necessary
- Reporting concerns to supervisors while maintaining client confidentiality and records
Requirements:
- Daily access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Have recent experience with direct patient care (adults)
