Description$25/hour – Patient Care Specialist (Hiring Immediately)They are the largest secretariat in Massachusetts and is responsible for the Medicaid program, child welfare, public health, disabilities, veterans’ affairs, and elder affairs. They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Patient Care Specialist to help them to provide exceptional care to all the residents in their location.Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily living activities, such as self-care and hygiene, leisure activities, and social skills
• Delivering medication and providing physical assistance when necessary
• Reporting concerns to supervisors while maintaining client confidentiality and records

Requirements:

• Daily access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Have recent experience with direct patient care (adults)
