2nd Shift Warehouse Lead

Have 3+ years of experience leading and training a team in warehouse operations? This Warehouse Lead position may be the perfect opportunity for you.

A 3PL distributor with multiple clients in Garland is looking to add a Warehouse Lead to their team.

In this role, you will be directing and guiding a team while overseeing daily operations to ensure orders are processed accurately. This will be a hands-on role.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with weekends off! This company hires candidates with an excellent work-ethic that believes in producing high-quality work.

As a Warehouse Lead you will:

• Obtain and process product orders, register & prep all outgoing shipment
• Be responsible for ensuring all large shipments and logistics are planned accurately
• Directly participate in the proper training of all employees involved in shipping and receiving operations
• Solve day-to-day problems that may arise in shipping/receiving or inventory handling
• Lead and direct employees, support expectations and goals, and address performance problems.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills; Must be detail orientated
• Experience using SAP and/or ERP
• Availability to occasionally work overtime
