Job Ref: 123523 Location Manchester Salary £36600 – £36600 Job Type Fixed Term Contract Duration 6 months2x HR Advisors (Multiple Locations)Our client in Brighton is seeking three experienced HR Advisors to join their team on a Fixed-Term Contract until 31st March 2025.
These roles are based in Manchester, Brighton, Leeds, and Coventry, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Occasional travel may be required.
Salary: £36,635.38 (pro-rata), 37.5 hours per week
Core hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, values-led HR advice to employees, managers, and directors across a wide range of people-related issues.
Ensure advice is aligned with best practice, legislation, and covers complex employment relations casework, including organisational change and TUPE.
Support prompt and effective resolution of workplace issues, facilitating formal investigations and hearings with professionalism and compassion.
Maintain high standards of process management, adhering to policy and service level agreements.
Ensure an excellent, credible, and responsive experience for all end users of the HR service.What They’re Looking For:
Experienced HR Advisors with a strong background in casework.
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
