Experience on board a cruise ship would be desirable, but not essential. We believe in hiring people with the right attitudes and strengths over their competencies.In addition to a strong background, you will be naturally calm under pressure, take pride in your work and strive for high standards. You will be naturally organized, love planning ahead, and be able to take initiative where required.
